工作辊平衡液压块是热轧带钢精轧机组的重要设备,它的主要功能是换辊时实现工作辊平衡支撑,轧制生产时实现对带钢的板形进行控制。目前用于热连轧带钢板形控制的主要手段有:工作辊弯辊控制(WRB:Work Roll Bending),工作辊轴向移动控制(WRS:Work Roll Shifting),连续可变凸度控制(CVC:Continuous Variable Crown)及轧机成对交叉辊控制(PC:Pair Cross Mill)等,当代最先进的控制板形技术是WRB结合CVC或者PC的控制方式。本钢1700与2300两条生产线精轧机组均采用的是弯辊WRB与CVC的板形控制方式,但两条线的CVC液压平衡块的结构和工作原理有很大的区别,对此重点对其结构进行比较分析。
