伴随着工业生产规模的扩大和对产品质量的更高追求,烧结自动化控制及管理技术也在不断发展,通过OPC接口从服务器上获取实时数据到客户端已经是很多烧结自动化控制项目中必不可少的需求。本文结合四川某钢铁厂烧结控制系统项目,针对项目中要求连接多台OPC服务器和减少人工操作的需求,采用OPC接口标准和.NET框架下的委托和事件等相关技术,给出了实现支持连接多服务器的可以动态重新连接服务器的OPC客户端的解决方案。此方案打破了传统的OPC客户端与OPC服务器一对一连接的开发方式,支持同时连接多台OPC服务器,另外,在客户端与服务器连接出现异常时,可以动态完成与服务器的重新连接,减少了人工操作,大大提高了系统的实用性。
