改革开放以来,我国开始发展加工贸易,加工贸易在我国迅速发展起来。但是,随之出现了地区间发展不平衡的问题,主要体现在东部地区比例过高,中部地区所占比例较少。如何实现加工贸易向中部地区的转移成为国家和社会普遍关注的问题。中部地区具有明显的人力、资源等方面优势,我们应发挥中部地区的比较优势,加快发展特色加工贸易,改善地区发展环境,加强引进和培养加工贸易人才,积极做好加工贸易向中部地区转移的承接工作。
