作者在介绍了缺血性脑卒中13条诊断要点后,讲述了治疗方法:(1)抗凝药物清栓酶治疗:成人用清栓酶0.5单位/2支,1日1次,静脉给药,15～20天一疗程,间隔3～7天可重复一个疗程,一般用药后3～10天出现疗效,如两疗程无效继续用也无效,故应停用。重症血栓可用四个疗程。也可用清栓酶1～2支与低分子右旋糖酐伍用有协同作用,短暂脑缺血发作(TIA)患者用一疗程即可。脑血栓病人清栓酶用量宜偏低,一般一日0.5单位/2支适合,个别超体重者第一疗程一日用0.75单位/3支后,应减到1日2支。
