目的探讨纤维桩核与铸造桩核在牙体保存修复中的临床差异。方法 120例残根残冠患者(其中146颗患牙)进行回访,并根据桩核材料不同分为纤维桩核组(74颗患牙)和铸造桩核组(72颗患牙)。对两组患者在牙根折断、牙龈变色、桩核松动脱落、牙龈炎症、继发性根尖周炎等方面进行临床比较。结果两组在牙根折断、桩核松动脱落方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而在牙龈变色、牙龈炎症及继发性根尖周炎方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论纤维桩核在牙体保存修复中具有明显优势。
Objective To investigate the clinical differences between fiber post and cast post and core in the preservation of dental restoration. Methods A total of 120 patients with residual canine root (including 146 teeth) were retrospectively studied. According to different materials, they were divided into fiber post group (74 teeth) and cast post-core group (72 teeth). Two groups of patients in the root fracture, discoloration of the gums, loose and detached pile, gingival inflammation, secondary apical periodontitis and other aspects of clinical comparison. Results There was a significant difference between the two groups in root breakage and loose and detached stems (P <0.05), but no significant difference in gingival discoloration, gingivitis and secondary apical periodontitis (P> 0.05). Conclusion The fiber post core has obvious advantages in the preservation and restoration of dental implants.
