针对液压阀件特性影响因素多的特点,提出利用主成分分析方法对多影响因素进行相关分析,根据各主成分的贡献率对液压阀件特性多影响因素进行重构,实现液压阀件多影响因素特征提取,从而用较少的主成分代替多影响因素。研究结果可以有效的降低液压阀件特性与多影响因素耦合规律的分析难度,同时提高液压阀件特性建模的鲁棒性,解决由于输入变量过多所造成的建模效率下降的难题。
