目的识别、分析和评价某燃煤发电机组可能产生的职业病危害因素及危害程度,为项目设计提供必要的职业病危害防护对策和建议。方法采用类比法、检查表法等对本项目可能产生的职业病危害因素的种类和强度进行定性、定量分析。结果该项目的选址、总体布局、职业病危害防护措施、卫生辅助用室、个体防护用品、职业卫生管理和应急救援措施等内容基本符合卫生学要求。类比项目存在的主要职业病危害因素为煤尘、粉煤灰粉尘、氨、肼、盐酸、二氧化硫、噪声、高温、工频电场,5个工种接触的总粉尘浓度和2个工种接触的噪声强度超标,粉尘的STEL和TWA分别为0.3~38.7 mg/m3、0.3~12.2 mg/m3,噪声的等效声级分别是88.6 dB(A)和91.1 dB(A),其他职业病危害因素均符合国家职业接触限值。结论该项目为职业病危害严重项目,只要认真落实拟采取职业病危害防护措施和补充措施可以满足职业卫生要求。
Objective To identify, analyze and evaluate the possible occupational hazards and hazards of a coal-fired generator set and provide the necessary occupational hazards protection countermeasures and suggestions for project design. Methods Using analogy, checklist and other methods to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the types and intensities of occupational hazards that may occur in this project. Results The site selection, overall layout, occupational hazards prevention measures, health aids rooms, personal protective equipment, occupational health management and emergency rescue measures basically met the hygiene requirements. The main occupational hazards that exist in the analogue projects are coal dust, fly ash dust, ammonia, hydrazine, hydrochloric acid, sulfur dioxide, noise, high temperature and power frequency electric field. The total dust concentration in contact with 5 workplaces and the noise intensity in contact with 2 workmen exceed the standard , STEL and TWA of dust were 0.3 ~ 38.7 mg / m3 and 0.3 ~ 12.2 mg / m3 respectively, and the equivalent sound levels of noise were 88.6 dB (A) and 91.1 dB (A) respectively. Other occupational hazards were all in line with national occupations Exposure limits. Conclusion The project is a serious project of occupational disease hazards, as long as the serious implementation of occupational disease prevention measures to be taken and additional measures to meet occupational health requirements.
