目的 :研究多原发乳腺癌组织EGFR ,C -erbB2 和PCNA变化规律 ,探讨EGFR ,C -erbB2 和PCNA预测第二原发癌发生的价值。方法 :应用免疫组化检测 34例良恶性乳腺组织中EGFR、C -erbB2 ,PCNA的表达 ,并比较其阳性表达率和程度的差异。结果 :多原发乳腺癌和无复发乳腺癌组织EGFR ,C -erbB2 ,PCNA阳性表达率均较乳腺纤维腺瘤组织高 ,多原发乳腺癌EGFR ,C -erbB2 阳性表达程度高于无复发乳腺癌。结论 :EGFR ,C -erbB2 ,PCNA可反映癌组织细胞增殖活跃 ,EGFR ,C -erbB2 过表达在预测第二原发癌发生具有一定价值。
Objective: To investigate the changes of EGFR, C-erbB2 and PCNA in multiple primary breast cancer and to explore the value of EGFR, C-erbB2 and PCNA in predicting the occurrence of second primary cancer. Methods: The expressions of EGFR, C-erbB2 and PCNA in 34 cases of benign and malignant breast tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry. The positive rate and the difference of their expression were compared. Results: The positive rates of EGFR, C-erbB2 and PCNA in multiple primary breast cancer and non-recurrent breast cancer tissues were higher than those in primary breast fibroadenoma. The positive rates of EGFR and C-erbB2 in multiple primary breast cancer were higher than those in non-recurrent breast cancer cancer. CONCLUSION: EGFR, C-erbB2 and PCNA can reflect the proliferation of cancer cells. Overexpression of EGFR and C-erbB2 is of value in predicting the occurrence of second primary cancer.
