二安替吡啉甲烷萃取容量法测定锌,已在某些合金中得到应用。本文把该方法应用于镁合金,并进行了条件试验,确定了镁合金中锌的测定方法。本文在2N盐酸介质中,用二安替吡啉甲烷氯仿溶液萃取锌,以抗坏血酸消除铁的影响;在弱酸性溶液中,锌被反萃入水相,用硫脲和氟化钠掩蔽铜和铝等干扰元素,以二甲酚橙为指示剂,用EDTA滴定。用国内、外镁合金标样对本方法进行验证。证明该方法准确、快速、重现性好、操作简便、易掌握。
Determination of zinc by dipyridamole methane extraction volumetric method has been applied in some alloys.
