In this paper, we studied the formation of Fe-Mn nodules (2 mm) and the four-grade manganese-based nodules collected from the surface of the sediments around the nodules (0-7 cm), and discussed the formation of biogenic manganese ore in the sediments of northern equatorial Pacific . Shows the heterogeneity of tuberculosis components. The ratio of Mn / Fe in samples collected from the flanking water-sediment boundary is the largest. The differences of trace elements in tuberculosis are mainly associated with accumulation of hydrogen peroxide
