近二十年来,生物微量元素硒抗肿瘤的作用已逐渐得到确认,但其抑瘤的机制还很不清楚。自从硒作为谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPX)的活性中心得到肯定后,通过大量研究,人们认为,GPX中介的抗氧化作用可能是硒抗癌的一个途径。因为GPX可以防止细胞膜的破坏和细胞的畸变从而起到防癌抑癌的作用。但是,也有人发现,抑瘤剂量的硒对肿瘤的抑制作用并不总是伴随着GPX活性的升高,因而认为一定有其它重要的途径介导着硒的抑瘤作用。
In the past two decades, the anti-tumor effect of selenium, a biological trace element, has been gradually confirmed, but its mechanism of tumor inhibition is still unclear. Since selenium was affirmed as the active center of glutathione peroxidase (GPX), through extensive research, it was thought that the antioxidant effect of GPX intermediates may be a way for selenium to fight cancer. Because GPX can prevent the destruction of the cell membrane and the distortion of the cell, it plays a role in preventing cancer and suppressing cancer. However, it has also been found that the inhibitory effect of inhibitory doses of selenium on tumors is not always accompanied by an increase in the activity of GPX, and it is considered that there must be other important ways to mediate the inhibitory effect of selenium.
