在我国经济腾飞的大环境下,国内企业的经营和发展都越来越受到关注,同时对于企业经营者的要求自然也日益提高,对于社会更多关注企业形象的情况下,领导的个人素质也受到了普遍的关注。本文通过对于企业形象的意义进行了探讨,从几个问题进行分析和总结,并对领导的素质对企业形象的影响进行简单的论述。
