老年人心房纤颤是最常见的心律失常之一,是心房发出不规律的冲动和几乎无效收缩的房性节律。在老年人几乎见于所有的器质性心脏病,在非器质性心脏病也可发生,随着年龄增长,房颤发生率急剧增加。
Atrial fibrillation in the elderly is one of the commonest arrhythmias, an atrial rhythm that imparts erratic impulses and almost inefficient contraction. Almost all elderly patients found organic heart disease, non-structural heart disease can occur, with age, a sharp increase in the incidence of atrial fibrillation.
