研究了热锻含铌奥氏体347不锈钢在不同热处理工艺下的晶粒长大行为,得到了奥氏体晶粒尺寸与加热温度及保温时间的关系和晶粒尺寸分布关系。利用Sellars模型分析了实验数据,构建了347不锈钢的晶粒生长模型和尺寸分布模型,得知其晶粒生长指数为5.4,生长激活能为596.2 kJ/mol,晶粒尺寸分布不随加热温度和保温时间变化。利用这2个数学模型可以预测347不锈钢在固溶处理下的晶粒尺寸及分布状态。
The grain growth behavior of hot forged niobium-containing austenite 347 stainless steel under different heat treatment processes was studied. The relationship between austenite grain size, heating temperature and holding time and the grain size distribution were obtained. The Sellars model was used to analyze the experimental data. The grain growth model and size distribution model of 347 stainless steel were constructed. The grain growth index and the growth activation energy of the stainless steel were 5.4 and 596.2 kJ / mol, respectively. The grain size distribution did not change with heating temperature and heat preservation Change of time. Using these two mathematical models, the grain size and distribution of 347 stainless steel under solution treatment can be predicted.
