为探讨一种能在较短时间内灭活HBV的消毒方法,用不同浓度的戊二醛消毒剂,擦拭消毒已污染HBsAg阳性血清的口腔常用诊疗器械,用ELISA法检测HBsAg。用2%~3%的戊二醛消毒剂,擦拭消毒一遍已污染HBsAg的口腔器械,HBsAg的灭活率为16.1%,采用擦拭三遍消毒的方法,HBsAg的灭活率为99%~100%。提示,选用较高浓度的戊二醛消毒剂,擦拭消毒污染的口腔器械,可达到灭活HBsAg的目的
To explore a disinfection method that can inactivate HBV in a short period of time, different concentrations of glutaraldehyde disinfectant were used to wipe out the commonly used oral diagnostic instruments for disinfection of contaminated HBsAg-positive sera and to detect HBsAg by ELISA. With 2% ~ 3% glutaraldehyde disinfectant, wipe once again contaminated HBsAg oral instruments, HBsAg inactivation rate was 16.1%, using wipe three times disinfection method, the inactivation rate of HBsAg was 99% ~ 100%. Tip, choose a higher concentration of glutaraldehyde disinfectant, wipe disinfection of contaminated oral instruments, can achieve the purpose of inactivation of HBsAg
