王浩林教授的人生经历有着深深的时代烙印。上个世纪70年代,他曾在一家电子设备制造厂当过工人,其后做过出纳员和成本会计,熟悉工人的生活圈也知道那时的企业是怎样管理的。1982年他从东北工学院机械系毕业后到一家国营机械加工企业参加新产品研发工作,跟着总工和老技师跑市场、跑合同、研制专用加工设备和工装,从中朦胧地感受到市场的魅力和残酷以及与企业体制机制的矛盾冲突。随后他又进入高校任教。80年代中期他在哈工大研究生院管理工程专业学习。得到了系统的理论指导和研究方法的训练。这些经历,为他以后的教学和科研生涯奠定了良好的基础。在高校从教二十多年,王浩林教授
Professor Wang Haolin's life experience has a deep imprint of the times.
