著名地方文献专家杜定友先生早在50年代就呼吁:“地方文献是历史文献的一部分,我们要保存它,了解它,发扬它!”。为了更好地开展地方文献的整理和利用工作,以地方文献来弘扬乡土文化和爱国主义精神,促进经济发展和科技进步,需要深入研究地方文献事业。本文主要讨论地方文献事业存在与发展的必要、充分因素以及如何建设和发展几个基本问题,作为地方文献事业研究的引玉之砖。
As early as the 1950s, Mr. Du Dingyou, a famous local literature expert, called for: “Local literature is a part of the historical documents. We should save it, understand it, and promote it!” In order to carry out the work of arranging and using local literature better, and carrying forward local culture and patriotism with local documents and promoting economic development and scientific and technological progress, it is necessary to conduct an in-depth study on the local literature. This article mainly discusses the necessity and sufficient factors of the existence and development of local literature, as well as how to construct and develop a few basic questions, which can be cited as the reference for the local literature research.
