目的:为进一步探讨延髓内脏带的机能活动提供其形态学定位基础.方法:应用Nissl氏和Golgi氏染色方法,对大鼠延髓内脏带的细胞构筑进行观察.结果:初步确立该带为从锥体交叉平面至闩以上0.8mm平面间、宽约0.6mm~1.3mm弧形带状区,是由背内侧的迷走孤束复合体和最后区、腹外侧区的疑核和延髓腹外侧网状核,以及连接两者的中间带网状结构所构成.结论:本研究提示延髓内脏带内部以孤束核为中心、通过诸核团神经元之间存在的纤维联系、构成以延髓内脏活动调控为主的中枢.
OBJECTIVE: To provide a basis for its morphological localization for further exploring the functional activity of medullary visceral zone. Methods: Nissl’s and Golgi’s staining methods were used to observe the cellular structure of the medullary visceral zone in rats. Results: The band was initially identified as a strip with a width of 0.6mm ~ 1.3mm from the cross plane of the cone to the plane of 0.8mm above the latch, which was composed of the medial dogleg complex and the last zone, Vaginal ventrolateral medulla and medulla oblongata reticular nuclei, as well as the connection between the two intermediate network structure. CONCLUSION: This study suggests that the medullary visceral zone is mainly centered on the nucleus tractus solitarius. The central nervous system is dominated by the medullary visceral activity through the fiber connection between the neurons.
