综合信号测试与有限元仿真,对济钢冷轧厂双机架冷轧机组(CCM)2#机架发生的振动现象进行分析。认为此类振动为共振,可能由支撑辊磨辊不良产生表面缺陷,在旋转过程中产生简谐激振力引发轧机发生垂振。
Combined with signal test and finite element simulation, the vibration of 2 # rack of CCM cold rolling mill (CCM) in cold rolling mill of Jinan Iron and Steel Company was analyzed. It is considered that this type of vibration is resonance, which may be caused by the poor surface grinding of the backup roll. The simple harmonic excitation force generated during the rotation causes the vertical vibration of the rolling mill.
