老年小鼠骨髓中CFU-S相对数量少于年青小鼠,而 CFU-S总数则两者相等。移植等量来源于老年或年青鼠的 CFU-S后,受体鼠股骨中有核细胞相等,但在脾脏中的有核细胞以来源于年青供体者多些。以同样供体骨髓细胞输入不同年龄受体鼠后,老年受体鼠脾结节数明显少于年青小鼠。以不同年龄组供体鼠 CFU-S输注给不同年龄组受体鼠后,生成的脾结节数经统计学处理,提示造血干细胞与造血微环境均遭老化过程的影响。
The relative numbers of CFU-S in the bone marrow of older mice are less than those of young mice, while the total number of CFU-S is equal. Transplantation of equal amounts of CFU-S derived from aged or young rats results in equal numbers of nucleated cells in the recipient femur but more nucleated cells in the spleen from younger donors. With the same donor bone marrow cells into recipient mice of different ages, the number of spleen nodules of aged recipient mice was significantly less than that of young mice. After transfusion of donor CFU-S donor mice of different age groups to recipients of different age groups, the number of splenic nodules was statistically analyzed, suggesting that hematopoietic stem cells and hematopoietic microenvironment are affected by the aging process.
