将活化后的纳米TiO_2(二氧化钛)引入WPU(水性聚氨酯)胶粘剂中,采用模糊综合评分和主成分分析法探讨了纳米TiO_2含量对WPU胶粘剂品质的影响。研究结果表明:不同纳米TiO_2含量制备的WPU胶粘剂之综合品质高低依次为含0.4%纳米TiO_2体系>含1.0%纳米TiO_2体系>含0.2%纳米TiO_2体系>含0.6%纳米TiO_2体系>含0.8%纳米TiO_2体系,说明适量的纳米TiO_2能有效改善WPU胶粘剂的品质;所建立的综合评价方法可用于直观科学地评价WPU胶粘剂的品质。
The activated nano-TiO 2 (TiO 2) was introduced into WPU (water-based polyurethane) adhesive. The influence of nano-TiO 2 content on the quality of WPU adhesive was investigated by fuzzy comprehensive score and principal component analysis. The results show that the comprehensive quality of WPU adhesives prepared with different nano-TiO 2 content is in the order of 0.4% nano-TiO 2> 1.0% nano TiO 2> 0.2% nano TiO 2> 0.6% nano TiO 2> TiO_2 system, indicating that proper amount of nano-TiO_2 can effectively improve the quality of WPU adhesive. The comprehensive evaluation method can be used to evaluate the quality of WPU adhesive visually and scientifically.
