在当前的煤炭市场条件下,煤炭企业要获取最佳经济效益就必须抓住成本管理这个核心,企业只有在成本管理上有所创新,才能为企业经济效益的经久不衰注入不竭的生机和活力,特别是建矿多年的老企业,煤炭资源已经逐步枯竭,采装设备、工艺水平都处在国内外同行业较低水平,只有保持相对较低的成本水平,才能找到未来企业能持续生存和发展的空间。本文以露天煤矿为例,浅论煤炭成本管理的若干方法。
