随着我国的建筑技术业的快速发展,市场竞争也日益激烈。如何在竞争激烈的市场中占有一席之地,并且争取更大的市场占有率,关键在于如何去提高公司的整体的管理水平。优质管理水平,才能提供一个坚实有力的平台,又能培养出有素质的人才,才能使整个公司变得更加有实力,才能增强一个公司在面对市场时的竞争力。经过多年的经验总结发现,以施工现场管理为突破点来带动整个公司的管理水平进行提高是较为高效快速的方式。本文主要就围绕以施工现场管理为突破点来带动整个公司的管理水平的问题进行阐述,以供同行参考。
