自信心是学生学习的原动力。由于所在学校的学生都是来自雪域高原——西藏,大多数学生学习基础比较薄弱。所以,来到新的学校后,他们需要一个适应过程,在这个过程中,提高学生的自信心尤其重要。
Self-confidence is the driving force behind student learning. Due to the fact that all the students in the school are from the snowy plateau - Tibet, most students have a weak foundation for their studies. So, when they come to a new school, they need an adaptation process, in which it is especially important to increase students’ self-esteem.
