随着我国经济的快速发展,港口项目的投资日益增多,施工阶段工程造价管理对于企业盈利以及工程的顺利进行具有重要的作用,施工阶段的工程造价管理主要包括工程变更中的造价管理、工程索赔造价管理以及工程进度款管理三个方面,由于港口工程规模大、涉及单位多等原因,其管理会出现变更无法办理、索赔事项认可难度大、工程价款调整不及时等问题,本文针对可能存在的问题提出了一些解决办法,并对目前信息化技术在港口企业中的应用提出了一些建议,为港口项目实施阶段的工程造价管理提供一定的参考。
