随着近几年,高层建筑的发展速度越来越快,钢筋混凝土的运用也迅速发展。建筑与人们的工作、生活息息相关,钢筋混凝土现浇板具有整体性好和抗渗、抗漏性能强等优点,在近几年的房屋建设中得到广泛应用,但是现浇钢筋混凝土楼板出现裂缝是十分普遍的现象,是工程常见的质量通病,这多数是由于国内建筑工程技术不先进,无法满足新施工技术运用的需要所致。本文主要分析了混凝土现浇板开裂的原因和相关措施。
