研究两个早稻品种在3种不同药剂(诱抗剂、植物抗寒剂、ABA)处理下经低温胁迫的若干生 理生化效应。低温胁迫下(6°C),药剂诱导水稻幼苗叶片中过氧化物酶、超氧化物歧化酶活性和叶绿素 含量升高,细胞粘度增大,游离脯氨酸积累增加,以及叶片电解质渗漏量减少。三种药剂的抗寒效果 为诱抗剂优于植物抗寒剂和ABA。
Several physiological and biochemical effects of low temperature stress on two early rice varieties under three different treatments (inducer, cold hardner, ABA) were studied. Under low temperature stress (6 ° C), the activity of peroxidase, superoxide dismutase and chlorophyll increased, the cell viscosity increased, the accumulation of free proline increased, and the leakage of electrolyte in leaves cut back. The cold resistance of the three kinds of medicaments is better than the plant cold-resistant agent and ABA.
