本文对有通液孔的开槽电镀cBN砂轮进行了试验研究。不仅初步分析了切削深度、进给量和冷却方式变化对磨削温度的影响规律,而且为进一步提高这种砂轮的磨削效率提出了改进措施。
In this paper, a slotted plated cBN wheel with through hole was tested. The effects of cutting depth, feed rate and cooling mode on the grinding temperature were analyzed not only initially, but also to improve the grinding efficiency of the grinding wheel.
