针对传统矿用直流驱动型运输机车可靠性低以及寿命短等问题,设计了一种基于开关磁阻电机的矿用运输机车调速系统。首先给出了系统的设计方案,详细介绍了直流电源、驱动电路、电流位置检测电路等硬件电路;根据系统的运行特性对系统软件进行了设计。最后通过实验验证了所设计调速系统的良好性能。
Aiming at the problems of low reliability and short service life of traditional mining direct current driven locomotives, a locomotive speed governing system based on switched reluctance motor is designed. First, the design of the system is given. The hardware circuits of DC power supply, driving circuit and current position detection circuit are introduced in detail. The system software is designed according to the operating characteristics of the system. Finally, the good performance of the designed speed regulation system is verified by experiments.
