急性小肠缺血是一种非常危重的急症,肠壁缺血、缺氧最终导致大量肠管坏死和炎症因子的释放,甚至休克、多器官功能衰竭等。过度的炎症是造成机体各种损伤的基础,Toll样受体(TLR)是公认的病原体诱导炎症的主要参与者之一。TLR4可识别由病原微生物介导的先天免疫反应,TLR4与小肠缺血的损伤机制有密切关系,炎症免疫反应在小肠缺血的发生、发展中有重要作用,对TLR4进行负调控可能是预防和治疗小肠缺血的重要方法之一。通过重点探讨TLR4信号的激活在小肠缺血中的作用,有助于小肠缺血的靶向治疗。
