目的建立快速鉴定化妆品中非法添加的米诺地尔的检测方法。方法以迪马C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)为分析柱;采用甲醇-水-冰醋酸(730∶270∶10)(1 000 mL 1中含磺基丁二酸钠二辛酯3.0 g,并用高氯酸调节pH值至3.0)为流动相;流速为1.0 mL.min 1;检测波长为280 nm。结果米诺地尔在1~100μg.mL 1浓度内线性良好;最低检测限为5μg.g 1;平均回收率100.4%。结论本法快速准确、专属性强、灵敏度高,可用于育发类化妆品中米诺地尔的检测。
Objective To establish a rapid identification of minoxidil in cosmetics illegally added detection method. METHODS: A Dima C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) was used as the analytical column. Methanol-water-glacial acetic acid (730: 270: 10) g, and adjusted to pH 3.0 with perchloric acid as the mobile phase; the flow rate was 1.0 mL.min 1; the detection wavelength was 280 nm. Results Minoxidil showed good linearity in the concentration range of 1 ~ 100μg.mL 1; the lowest detection limit was 5μg.g 1; and the average recovery was 100.4%. Conclusion This method is rapid, accurate, specific and sensitive. It can be used for the detection of minoxidil in hair care cosmetics.
