“指导儿童写作是一个吃力不讨好的工作。因为儿童小,理解力差,他们只知道上作文课作文,随便诌一篇,应了差就算了事.教师就是讲得再多,批得再好,也是等于“痴人追飞禽”,徒劳无益,不如不讲不批为妙。“这是我以前灰心於这一工作所发出的谬论。因此,我对它是采取相当冷淡的态度。每到作文课时,随便的出了个题目,不自觉的谈几句。作文本下来时,也是随便的改一改,加上一些“词句不通”“大致还不错”等类似的脱离实际的批语.如改得麻烦起来,就大发脾气,蛮横的以“简直是胡说八道,撕去重做!”或是“你完全是应差,下次再乱七八糟的写来,就不答应你!”等语句痛斥一通,形成了学生作文、先生改作文都是负担,因此,儿童的写作能力就没法提高了。
