烟气除硝光催化氧化剂的制备及性能研究

随着NOx排放量的日益增大,对NOx的控制也迫在眉睫。现有的脱硝技术不是NOx去除效率低就是运行成本昂贵,故开辟新的烟气脱硝技术是非常有实际意义的。而光催化氧化技术却能有效、低成本地对烟气中的NOx进行氧化,再以碱液吸收有效去除被氧化后的烟气中的NOx,并且克服了光催化技术只适合处理低浓度氮氧化物以及碱液吸收法去处效率低等缺点,使传统的烟气脱硝技术焕发出新的生命力。通过研究ZnO、ZrO2、P25、水热法制备ZnO/TiO2等各种光催化剂的制备及催化性能的测试,从NO转化率、催化时间、催化剂成本三个方面比较了所研究光催化剂的催化效果好坏,以便最终找出催化效率高并且价格成本低的除氮光催化剂。研究结果表明,以水热法制得的TiO2中加入ZnO含量为0.1%的催化剂催化效率最高,有一定的工业应用价值。 With the increasing NOx emissions, the control of NOx is also imminent. The existing denitration technology is not a low NOx removal efficiency and is expensive to operate. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to develop a new flue gas denitration technology. However, the photocatalytic oxidation technology can effectively and cost-effectively oxidize NOx in the flue gas, effectively remove the NOx in the flue gas after the lye absorption, and overcome the problem that the photocatalytic technology is only suitable for treating low-concentration nitrogen Oxide and lye absorption method to take advantage of low efficiency, so that the traditional flue gas denitration technology glow new vitality. The photocatalyst prepared by hydrothermal method, such as ZnO, ZrO2, P25 and hydrothermal method, was prepared and its catalytic performance was tested. The catalytic effect of photocatalyst was compared from three aspects: NO conversion, catalyst time and catalyst cost Good or bad, in order to eventually find a catalyst with high efficiency and low cost of nitrogen removal photocatalyst. The results show that the catalyst prepared by hydrothermal method adding TiO2 with 0.1% ZnO has the highest catalytic efficiency and has certain industrial application value.
