传统的健美操教学模式无论在教学内容、教学方法还是在成绩考核方面,已经无法满足现代社会对学生综合能力培养的要求。与常规的教学模式相比,PBL教学模式改变了传统的“填鸭式”教学模式,强调以问题为中心、以学生为主体进行研究性学习,在教学指导思想和教学内容方面有很大的转变,学生的学习由被动变为主动,自主性大大提高。将PBL教学模式应用于高校健美操教学,有助于学生综合能力的培养和学生潜力的挖掘。
The traditional aerobics teaching mode has been unable to meet the requirements of the modern society for students’ comprehensive ability cultivation in terms of teaching content, teaching methods or performance evaluation. Compared with the conventional teaching mode, the PBL teaching mode has changed the traditional teaching model of “spoon-feeding”, emphasizing that taking the problem as the center and the students as the main body, carrying out research-based learning, which has great teaching guiding ideology and teaching content The change of students’ learning from passive to active, autonomy greatly improved. The PBL teaching mode applied to aerobics teaching in colleges and universities is conducive to the cultivation of students’ overall abilities and the excavation of their potential.
