建立了组装砂轮磨削表面加工质量的数学模型,以参加磨削的不同粒度元件作为研究对象,研究组装砂轮磨料粒度对加工表面粗糙度的影响规律,分析表明,组装砂轮磨削表面粗糙度完全取决于它的细粒度元件,并通过试验验证:控制组装砂轮磨削粒度大小可以有效控制加工表面质量,该研究结论不受金属材料问题的限制
The mathematic model of machining surface grinding quality of assembled grinding wheel was set up. The different grain size grinding elements participating in grinding were taken as the research object to study the influence law of the grinding particle size of the assembled grinding wheel on the machining surface roughness.
