本文研究了大运动量训练对上海男子排球运动员NK细胞活性和淋巴细胞亚群分布的影响。结果指出大运动量训练后即刻NK细胞活性显著地低于训练前测定值(P<0.01),运动后1小时及15小时NK细胞活性恢复到了训练前水平。T3(CD3)和T8(CD8)淋巴细胞百分数在运动不同时期均无显著改变,但T4(CD4)淋巴细胞百分数在运动后1小时及15小时显著地低于训练前水平,因而CD4/CD8细胞比率也相应地显著降低,至于大运动量训练对细胞免疫功能影响的机理有待进一步研究。
This article studies the effect of large amount of exercise training on NK cell activity and distribution of lymphocyte subsets in Shanghai male volleyball athletes. The results showed that the NK cell activity was significantly lower than that of the pre-training value (P <0.01) immediately after training, and the NK cell activity recovered to pre-training level at 1 hour and 15 hours after exercise. The percentages of lymphocytes of T3 (CD3) and T8 (CD8) did not change significantly at different periods of exercise, but the percentage of T4 (CD4) lymphocytes was significantly lower than pre-training at 1 hour and 15 hours after exercise, and CD4 / CD8 cells The ratio also significantly reduced, as a large amount of training on cellular immune function mechanism needs further study.
