概略介绍低碳马氏体组织钢的性能及应用,分析它具有较高韧性的原因,着重指出条间残余奥氏体的作用及其形成。引述低碳马氏体组织在回火时韧性及其奥氏体量的变化。阐明低碳马氏体形成及田火马氏体致脆的机制。据此指出应用低碳马氏体组织钢时宜注意的要点。
The performance and application of low-carbon martensitic steel are briefly introduced. The reason of its high toughness is analyzed. The effect of retained austenite and its formation are emphasized. Quoted the change of toughness and austenite content of low carbon martensite after tempering. Clarify the formation of low-carbon martensite and field fire martensite brittle mechanism. Based on this, the points that should be paid attention to when applying low carbon martensitic steel are pointed out.
