病例介绍患者,女性,28岁,某化工厂职工,1984年7月5日因接触三聚氯氰致意识障碍2小时入院。本患者于入院当日以气焊切割含有三聚氯氰物料的废管于中午时分自觉头晕、全身无力,未在意,下午继续工作即出现咳嗽、胸闷、气短、呼吸困难、恶心、呕吐(胃内容物),随即意识丧失,在厂卫生所静脉注射萄萄糖等药物,但意识仍不清抬入病房。从事本专业9年,既往健康,无中毒及药物过敏史。家族无特殊病史。
