高考制度作为一种大规模选拔人才的制度,动辄关涉到数百万人乃至上千万人的前途和命运,高考制度中出现的任何不同等的待遇,都会引起人们的不满和指责。因此,本文针对高考制度中的政策倾斜现象,借用晚清科举史上的“陕甘分闱”事件,对这一问题进行解析和探讨,以史为鉴,进一步明晰在当前特定的社会阶段高考制度的价值诉求问题,从而为高考制度改革提供价值方面的思考。
As a system of large-scale selection of personnel, the college entrance examination system often involves the future and destiny of millions and even millions of people.
