目的：探讨阿尔茨海默病（AD）患者认知功能与超敏C-反应蛋白（hs-CRP）相关性。方法：将用超敏C反应蛋白检测法检测的58例AD患者设为AD组;将81例非痴呆人群设为对照组。检测两组患者血清中的hs-CRP含量。分析两组患者的数据在统计学的差异。结果：检测结果显示：AD组患者hs-CRP含量是（2.74±0.96）mg/L,对照组的则是（1.13±0.48）mg/L,AD组比对照组高,两组差异有显著统计学意义（P〈0.01）。认知功能Mo CA评分和hs-CRP水平呈负相关,有中等程
