伴随着人事制度的改革,事业单位的编制是越来越紧张。基于医院业务量的不断上升以及医院的规模不断扩大,医院也面临着很多的人员编制的问题。当前医院人员的需求量是巨大的,但是医院却不能满足人员的编制问题只能使用编外聘用以及劳务工来满足人员的紧缺问题。虽然这些用工模式能够在某种程度上缓解医院用人的紧张问题,但是在应用的同时又引发了全新的问题或矛盾,对医院的科学管理提出了更高的要求。本文立足于多种用工方式的负面影响,就新形势下,如何加强医院的用工管理提出科学有效的解决措施。
With the reform of the personnel system, the establishment of institutions is getting more and more tense. Due to the rising volume of hospitals and the growing size of hospitals, hospitals are also faced with a lot of staffing problems. At present, the demand of hospital staff is huge, but the hospital can not meet the staffing problem and can only use the hiring and labor services to meet the shortage of personnel. Although these modes of employment can alleviate the tension of hospital personnel to a certain extent, they also bring about entirely new problems or contradictions while applying, and put forward higher requirements on the scientific management of the hospital. Based on the negative impact of various employment modes, this article puts forward scientific and effective measures to solve the problem of how to strengthen employment management in hospitals in the new situation.
