2004年6月25日,被市场寄予厚望的中小企业板终于在深交所粉墨登场,时至今日中小企业板已经走过了自己8个月的征程,其规模已由最初的“新八股”扩大到现在的38支股票。可以说中小企业板的设立反映了监管层建立多层次资本市场体系,优化资本市场结构,完善资本市场功能的政策意图,标志着酝酿已久的分步推进创业板市场建设迈出实质性步伐。设立中小企业板是建立多层次资本市场体系的切入点和突破口,将为中小企业打开进入资本市场的大门,有利于拓宽中小企业的融资渠道和融资格局,缓解中小企业融资难的困境。
