目的建立LC/MS/MS法同时检测动物组织中11种β2兴奋剂的方法。方法食品样品添加内标溶液后经酶水解、乙酸钠溶液提取,MCX阳离子交换柱净化,在MRM模式下用LC/MS/MS测定动物组织中11种β2兴奋剂的含量。结果 11种β2兴奋剂在猪肉中的加标回收率为80%~107%,相对标准偏差为5.5%~11.8%;在0.5μg/L~200μg/L浓度范围内相关系数>0.9961;方法检出限<0.05μg/kg、定量限<0.2μg/kg。结论该法具有简单、快速、灵敏等优点,并可同时对动物性食品中多种β2受体激动剂进行定性确证和定量测定,回收率达到较好水平,适合对动物性食品中β2受体激动剂残留的分析检测。
Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of eleven β2 agonists in animal tissues by LC / MS / MS. Methods The content of 11 β2 agonists in animal tissues was determined by LC / MS / MS in MRM mode after enzymatic hydrolysis, sodium acetate solution extraction and MCX cation exchange column purification. Results The spiked recoveries of 11 kinds of β2 agonists in pork were 80% -107% with relative standard deviations of 5.5% ~ 11.8%. The correlation coefficient was 0.9961 in the range of 0.5μg / L ~ 200μg / L. Out of the limits <0.05μg / kg, the limit of quantification <0.2μg / kg. Conclusion The method has the advantages of simple, rapid and sensitive, and can simultaneously qualitatively confirm and quantitatively determine a variety of β2 receptor agonists in animal food, the recovery rate reached a good level, suitable for animal β2 receptor Analysis of agonist residues.
