主要叙述了1995年《中小企业近代化促进法》推进后,日本制粉企业数量上减少了三分之二等现状:四家大型企业的产量约占全国142家企业总产量的65.7%,日产200t以上企业开工率可达77.4%,企业机构相当精干,不满50人的企业约占全国总数的九成左右。多数企业还正在向经营多角化推进。小麦粉产品结构中,特等、一等粉合计占总数60%左右,其次是二等粉。产品按用途分为面包、面条、糕点等几大类约30多种。
It mainly describes the reduction in the number of Japanese milling companies by two-thirds after the promotion of the “Promotion of the SMEs’ Modernization Law in 1995”.
