选用自育的油菜新优质雄性不育系作母本 ,综合性状优良的新优质恢复系作父本 ,采用 4× 4不完全双列杂交方法 ,分析了 1 6个组合 8个主要农艺性状的配合力。结果表明 ,2 1 2 A是一个较为理想的不育系 ,在多个产量性状上的一般配合力较高 ,应用潜力较大。1 1 0 2 C是一个较为理想的恢复系 ,在 6个产量性状上的一般配合力较高 ,经济性状突出。 2 1 2 A× 1 1 0 2 C为最佳组合
A new high-quality male sterile line of self-bred rape was used as the male parent and a new high-quality restorer line with good comprehensive characters was used as the male parent. The 4 × 4 incomplete diallel cross method was used to analyze the relationships among the 16 main agronomic traits Cooperation ability. The results showed that 2 1 2 A was an ideal male sterile line with higher general combining ability in multiple yield traits and higher potential for application. 1 1 0 2 C is an ideal restorer line with higher general combining ability and outstanding economic traits in 6 yield traits. 2 1 2 A × 1 1 0 2 C is the best combination
