[目的 ]了解灵芝提取液对动物的延缓衰老作用。 [方法 ]采用果蝇生存及老年鼠抗氧化作用的实验方法。[结果 ]灵芝提取液能明显延长果蝇的平均寿命和平均最高寿命 ;能明显降低血中过氧化脂质降解产物丙二醛 (MDA)含量 ,增高血中超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活力。 [结论 ]灵芝提取液具有延缓衰老作用
[Objective] To understand the anti-aging effects of Ganoderma lucidum extract on animals. [Methods] The experimental methods for the survival of Drosophila and the antioxidant effects of the aged mice were used. [Results] Ganoderma lucidum extract could significantly prolong the average life span and average lifespan of Drosophila; it could significantly reduce the malondialdehyde (MDA) content of lipid peroxide degradation product in blood and increase the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in blood. [Conclusion] Ganoderma lucidum extract has anti-aging effect
