视觉假体是一种能帮助盲人恢复部分视觉的新科技产物。按其植入部位的不同可分为视皮层假体、视神经假体和视网膜假体。对于视网膜假体,人们己开展了大量的动物实验和临床应用研究,其临床效果得到肯定。但在刺激参数、生物相容性、长期稳定性以及临床应用等方面仍存在许多缺陷和局限性。现就近年来视网膜假体改良技术及临床应用的研究加以综述。
Visual prosthesis is a new technology that helps blind people recover part of their vision. According to the different implantation site can be divided into visual cortex prosthesis, optic nerve prosthesis and retinal prosthesis. For retinal prosthesis, a large number of animal experiments and clinical applications have been carried out, and its clinical effect has been affirmed. However, there are still many shortcomings and limitations in terms of stimulation parameters, biocompatibility, long-term stability and clinical application. Now in recent years, improvements in retinal prosthesis technology and clinical application of research are reviewed.
