目的根据放射性直肠损伤运用保留灌肠护理研究的需要,探讨并建立符合放射性直肠损伤研究的动物模型。方法选择SD大鼠为实验动物,根据预实验结果,选择21Gy、22Gy、23Gy、25Gy、30Gy作直线加速器单次直肠局部照射,比较大鼠摄食饮水量、体重、排便、精神及自主活动情况,光镜下观察直肠组织病理学改变。结果应用剂量22Gy源皮距90cm、单次盆腔局部照射所致的大鼠直肠炎症状与临床病人的病情接近。结论本模型适合放射性直肠损伤保留灌肠药物治疗、护理研究等的需要。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate and establish an animal model of radiation-induced rectal injury based on the need of reservation enema nursing for radiation-induced rectal injury. Methods SD rats were selected as experimental animals. According to the pre-experimental results, 21Gy, 22Gy, 23Gy, 25Gy and 30Gy were selected as the single-rectal local irradiation with a linear accelerator to compare drinking water intake, body weight, defecation, mental and voluntary activities, The pathological changes of rectum were observed under light microscope. Results The application dose of 22Gy source skin from 90cm, single pelvic local irradiation induced symptoms of proctitis in rats and clinical patient’s condition close. Conclusion This model is suitable for radiation rectal injury retention enema drug treatment, nursing research needs.
