目的:探讨中药川芎嗪治疗肺纤维化对Ⅰ、Ⅲ型前胶原[α1( Ⅰ) 、α1( Ⅲ)procollagen,PC] 基因表达的影响。方法:用博莱霉素A5 复制鼠肺纤维化模型后给予川芎嗪治疗,第29 天取肺组织做α1( Ⅰ) 、α1( Ⅲ)PCm RNA 原位杂交检测并进行图像分析定量。结果:川芎嗪治疗后α1( Ⅰ)PCm RNA降至正常。结论:川芎嗪可能通过抑制α1( Ⅰ)PC mRNA 而起到抗纤维化的作用。川芎嗪治疗肺纤维化患者,临床已取得一定疗效。
Objective: To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine Ligustrazine on the expression of type I and type III procollagen [α1(I), α1(III) procollagen, PC] genes in pulmonary fibrosis. METHODS: Tetramethylpyrazine was given after bleomycin A5 was used to replicate rat pulmonary fibrosis model. On the 29th day, lung tissue was taken for in situ hybridization of α1(I) and α1(III) PCm RNA and image analysis was performed. RESULTS: After treatment with ligustrazine, α1(I)PCm RNA decreased to normal. Conclusion: Ligustrazine may play an anti-fibrotic effect by inhibiting α1( I)PC mRNA. Ligustrazine treatment of patients with pulmonary fibrosis has achieved a certain clinical effect.
