建立了一种微波浓缩甲基橙分光光度法测定水中溴酸根离子的方法。考察了酸度、时间、温度和甲基橙用量对测定方法的影响。分别对从各大超市购买的不同瓶装饮用水,经过微波炉浓缩后,用甲基橙分光光度法进行测定。其结果与离子色谱标准方法对比,结果表明:两种方法测定同一水样的相对误差小于7.0%。溴酸根离子氧化甲基橙使其褪色的最大吸收波长为510nm;溴酸根离子的浓度在0.0~1.0 mg/L范围内符合比尔定律。回归方程为:Y=0.9299X-0.0001,相关系数为r=0.9992。
A method of microwave concentration of methyl orange spectrophotometry for the determination of bromate ions in water was established. The effects of acidity, time, temperature and methyl orange dosage on the determination method were investigated. Respectively from the major supermarket to buy different bottled drinking water, after concentration in the microwave, with methyl orange spectrophotometric determination. The result is compared with the standard method of ion chromatography. The results show that the relative error of the two methods for determining the same water sample is less than 7.0%. Bromide ion methyl orange to fade its maximum absorption wavelength of 510nm; bromate ion concentration in the range of 0.0 ~ 1.0 mg / L in line with Beer’s law. The regression equation is: Y = 0.9299X-0.0001, the correlation coefficient is r = 0.9992.
